Program Title: NewFound Records - Ep. 462 - Trains
Description: May 12 is NATIONAL TRAIN DAY... a day to spread information about the advantages of railway travel and the history of trains.

Although Train Day is not generally observed in Canada, I see it as an opportunity to reflect on the history of trains on the Island of Newfoundland. And it’s a good time to see how our pioneer recording artists felt about trains. So, I’ve declared May 12 TRAIN DAY on NewFound Records!

Tune in and enjoy an encore presentation of a NewFound Records show that's all about The Newfie Bullet, and trains in general. Musical conductors for our journey are Kenneth Peacock, Anne Marie Murray, Roy Payne, Dick Nolan, Michael T. Wall and more.
