Program Title: WINGS#39-21 Roe v Wade. the Texas Abortion Case
Description: On the 39th anniversary of the Roe v Wade decision, Martha Burk interviewed Sarah Weddington about the history and future of this landmark case, and some of her other successes.

Host(s): Martha Burk, Frieda Werden
Featured Speakers/Guests: Sarah Weddington, a recently minted young lawyer, successfully argued one of history's most ground-breaking cases before the US Supreme Court - twice - with a definitive win in 1973. Weddington went on to a career as a state legislator and other political posts. She died December 26th, 2021, as a more right-wing version of the court may be planning to overturn that decision.
