Program Title: Interview With Beverly Jacobs
Description: Over the next two days the Prime Minister and Premiers will gather in Ottawa to discuss the current economic downturn and how best to address it. The first day of the First Ministers’ Meeting will include the participation of the Native Women’s Association of Canada (NWAC) President Beverley Jacobs, who will present recommendations on short-term investments. The aim is to identify and build upon opportunities which will allow Aboriginal women to concretely contribute to the Canadian economy in the short and long term.
