The Accessible Channel (TACtv) is a not-for-profit broadcaster dedicated to breaking media barriers for the vision-impaired and deaf community. The announcement is a before-and-after demonstration of Video Description and what it might be like to be a vision-impaired person watching television. What if all you could hear was music and sound effects? How would you know what was going on? Video Description fills in those gaps with narration. The PSA is intended to raise awareness for both The Accessible Channel and its sister service, VoicePrint. VoicePrint produced this PSA.
