Program Title: People First Radio: Life During COVID-19
Description: The COVID-19 pandemic continues to create massive challenges — and potentially long-lasting changes — in our individual and collective experience of family, community, and nationhood. We’re learning more about the need for mental, as well as physical, wellness. We’re also talking a lot more about the way society should — and could — function for the benefit of all.

Host(s): Kevin Midbo
Featured Speakers/Guests: Dr. Trevor Hancock is a retired professor and senior scholar at the University of Victoria’s School of Public Health and Social Policy. Earlier in his career, Dr. Hancock was a family physician and the first leader of the Green Party of Canada. He writes a weekly column for the Victoria, British Columbia-based Times Colonist newspaper on topics related to public health and health promotion. Dr. Trevor Hancock spoke with People First Radio about a series of columns he’s written related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
