Program Title: JAM Live! Episode 162 - Diggin Dirt - Part 1
Description: “Diggin Dirt” is an 8-piece funk and soul powerhouse from Northern California. They have gained the reputation of being one of the finest live bands on the West Coast. Their music is influenced by psychedelic rock, Motown soul, afrobeat, with a little reggae tossed in for good measure. The band leans on past funk and soul music giants like James Brown, Otis Redding and Tower of Power, and of course, they deliver originals with spine-tingling originality. The band performed as a 7-member formation at the Southeast Alaska State Fair in Haines, Alaska, in July 2021.
